SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Description
By subscribing to Coast2Coast Community text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing messages and transactional notifications about your account, application status, and job opportunities. This may include follow-up messages from our recruitment team (e.g., Jennifer, our AI agent) or interview reminders
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us. You can expect to receive messages when you apply, when your application status changes, or when we have relevant updates.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received in connection with this program, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan.
4. Support Instructions
For help or support regarding our text messaging program, you can reply “HELP” to any message you receive or email us at info@coast2coastcommunity.com.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Age Restriction
By signing up for our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
